Orders & Payments
Order Process

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier at our factory, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet agreed delivery schedules, Greenmax is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, transportation issues, or customs procedures.
Liability & Warranties
Product Warranties
Products are sold as second-hand items and are provided "as is." While we maintain high quality standards, we cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of individual items beyond our sorting and grading process.
Limitation of Liability
Greenmax's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Greenmax's business processes, branding, and proprietary methods remain the exclusive property of Greenmax.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our proprietary information, processes, or branding without explicit written permission.
